The Viltrox AF 85mm F2.0 EVO is a full-frame compatible medium telephoto prime lens. Its bright F2.0 aperture design achieves soft and natural bokeh while making the subject stand out. It delivers optimal descriptive performance for portrait photography and everyday snapshots. The optical construction of 10 elements in 8 groups (2 HR lenses, 2 ED lenses) provides high sharpness across the entire frame and suppresses chromatic aberration. A high-precision STM motor ensures quiet and smooth AF operation, and also supports Eye AF and face detection. This allows for natural and stable focusing not only for photography but also for video recording. The lightweight body (E-mount: approx. 340g, Z-mount: approx. 360g) features an aperture ring with click/de-click switching, an AF/MF switch, and an Fn button, providing comfortable operability. The front element is treated with a water-repellent and anti-fouling coating, ensuring reliability for outdoor use.
