Features The MR.DING 35mm F1.8 is a large-aperture lens that pays deep homage to the legendary "Leica 35mm F2 (seven-element design)", inheriting its design philosophy while incorporating modern advancements. Building on the traditional 5-group, 7-element spherical design, it utilizes lanthanum glass and high-refractive-index glass to achieve both smooth tonal gradations and a sense of three-dimensionality. At its widest F1.8 aperture, it produces soft bokeh while delivering high sharpness and transparent rendering in the center. Furthermore, multi-layer nano-coating minimizes flare and ghosting even in backlit conditions, allowing for high contrast and natural color reproduction, thereby enhancing creative freedom. The compact brass body fits comfortably in the hand and pairs well with classic Leica M bodies, with the aperture ring tab positioned within natural reach for comfortable operation. Experience the new "ideal 35mm" that balances classic character with modern imaging performance. To accompany this, a dedicated lens hood and high-performance UV filter are also being released simultaneously.
