The "AstrHori 18mm F5.6 Shift" is a wide-angle shift lens for APS-C cameras. Its rotary shift mechanism (±6mm / 360° rotation with 45° click stops) allows for natural perspective rendition while maintaining horizontal and vertical alignment within the composition. Weighing approximately 169g with a diameter of 63mm, it features a lightweight and compact design. The lens construction, combining high refractive index and ED lenses, suppresses distortion and chromatic aberration, achieving clear and sharp imaging all the way to the edges. It is suitable for a wide range of uses, from everyday snapshots to professional photography. It allows for easily achieving "perfectly aligned shots" as intended, such as creating seamless wide panoramas, accurately representing product shapes by correcting perspective in product photography, maintaining straight lines even in limited spaces for interior and real estate documentation, and avoiding reflections when shooting through glass, like shop windows or observation decks, by using the shift function.
