About delivery and shipping charges

After placing your order, it will be delivered within 2-3 days.
*However, there may be delays due to shipping issues, so please don't complain.
*Delivery is limited to within Japan.

- Please specify your delivery time below.

- Afternoon (12:00-17:00)
- Nighttime (17:00-23:00)

Regarding product returns and exchanges
If the delivered product is different from what you ordered, we will exchange the product.
- Deadline for returns/exchanges
- Please keep it within 7 days after receiving the product.

- We do not accept returns or exchanges for the following products without any questions asked.
- Products that have been delivered for more than 8 days
